Thank you for shopping at The Creativist Store! We are committed to getting your unique finds to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order was placed.
* Order Date: The day you successfully place your order.
* Shipping Date: The day the package leaves our warehouse. This will be no later than 7 business days after your order date.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
The Creativist Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Creativist Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [ mrkumar.kumar16@gmail.com ]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
